The FDA is supposed to be here to “protect consumers” by making sure that products and drugs are tested and safe for human consumption. However, what is “safe” for the FDA. If you take a closer look at all the different drugs approved by the FDA in the past, some of which have side effects like “sudden death” and “anal bleeding”…it makes you think….”If that is safe for the FDA….is it safe for me?”
However, because the FDA is truly only a guard dog for the Pharmaceutical industry, we can see that they don’t really have an interest in “keeping us safe”. If “Sudden Death” is a permitted side-effect…then we cannot trust the criteria of the FDA at all.
It is illegal for you to make a “medical claim” about CBD, but it isn’t illegal for them to claim a “risk” about it that isn’t substantiated by science. How then, can we trust this agency that has shown us repeatedly that they easily “fast track” certain drugs but “stall” others…usually in direct relation to the amount of money a drug can make on the market.
